What Extra Services Do We Offer?

Please note that Roost Cleaning Services LLC has a minimum cost in order to be able to provide service to a home.

Inside Window Cleaning

Windows that are reasonably in reach will be cleaned completely from the inside. Frames, locks, hinges, tracks, blinds, panes, etc will be cleaned.

Cleaning frames, blinds, hinges, locks, sills, tracks, etc is included in our Deep Clean with the exception of the panes.

Laundry Loads

Laundry from all rooms will be washed, dried, folded, and put away as specified,

1 laundry load is included in our Deep Clean.

Organization/Clutter Pick Up

Items will be organized as specified. Food items will be thrown out if expired.

Clutter found in rooms will be picked up and placed where specified.

Deep Cleaning Requested Space

Any specified areas will be given a deep clean according to our Deep Clean Worksheet.

Cleaning Inside Furniture/Appliances

Items inside will be removed so the interiors can be cleaned. Items will be placed back inside as found.

Cleaning the interior of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in included in our deep clean as well as inside the refridgerator and oven.

Dish Loads

Dishes will be washed, dried, and put away as specified.

1 load of dishes is included in our Deep Clean.
